Project: To create an improved student board that would run its own programs and encourage leadership in other students.
Goal: To gather students who are looking to be involved, do more and take leadership positions beyond the normal programming of the youth organization.
Tools: Microsoft Office, Facebook, Event management
Process: Created proposal, gathered student board and ran efficient meeting to set out goals, break down tasks and involve other necessary parties to get involved.
Leadership: Spearhead and Chair of NCSY’s Executive Committee
Outcome: Planned and executed 10 student retreats and numerous activities throughout the year, inspiring student leadership and involvement in the organization.
